About Me

In 2010, I moved to America and was at the gym. There I saw a girl practicing her yoga flow. The way she did it was so smooth and beautiful, and displayed such strength, flexibility and ease. She was my inspiration. However, I was not a flexible person, and I was getting weaker as it got cold. Winter cold and Thai people do not mix so well.

In 2013, Yoga changed my life. I have practiced in many states around the US: Arizona, Colorado and Nebraska. Gym to gym, school to school, practicing and teaching.

In 2015, while I was teaching, I finished my Yoga Teacher Training, and became a certified Yoga instructor. The certificate is from a nationally recognized organization, the Lotus House Of Yoga, based in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska.

In 2016 I moved back to Thailand and opened PanZen Yoga Studio. The studio's purpose is to help people bring the body and mind together in one harmonious experience. I am currently teaching both private and group classes, held at your home, my studio and at various community gyms.

My experiences have been diverse, as I have visited many countries around the globe. People describe me as very energetic, compassionate and versatile.

I enjoy meeting new people and making them smile, just as I love to laugh and enjoy life.

A smile is the key to happiness.

Yoga dates back more than 5,000 years, to ancient times. But I first explored yoga in 1996. My first interaction made me disinterested: slow, boring and not really a thing to try out at that time. I used to be a

runner, but had to stop because of a knee and calf injury.
